Retreats are a great way to delve deeper into the Wim Hof Method. Our retreats are located at beautiful locations throughout Ireland surrounded by nature. 

The location will transport you away from hustle and bustle of modern life allowing you time to reconnect with nature and your inner self.

EXAMPLE SCHEDULE:

Friday
4pm onwards  - Arrival, healthy snack/herbal tea
6.30 - 8.30pm - Intro to Wim Hof, including theory and breathing exercises
8.30pm           - Dinner

Saturday
7.30-8.30am  - Morning yoga stretch
8.45am           - Breakfast
10 - 12pm      - Wim Hof method including theory, breathing and ice bath
12.30pm         - Lunch
1.45pm           - Guided hike
5.30 - 7.30pm - Restorative yoga / meditation
7.45pm .         - Dinner

Sunday
7.30 - 8.30am - Morning yoga stretch
8.45am           - Breakfast
10am              - Walk & swim in nature
12.45pm         - Lunch
2.30pm           - Depart at leisure


What to bring:
• Comfortable clothes for exercises
• Outdoor clothes
• Hiking shoes
• Bathing Suit (good to bring 2)
• Small backpack
• Toiletries
• Plenty of motivation :)
