I was able to introduce Brian to the breathing techniques and ice bath which enabled him to prepare his body for his Arctic circle run. He recently completed it, running 230km through the Arctic circle. A few years ago he completed the Marathon Des Sables – Running 250km Through The Sahara Desert.
