“Where there is hope you fight and when you fight there is hope” John McKeown
We live in a world that is so fast we rarely take time to stop and appreciate what we have. A positive attitude helps you cope more easily with the daily stresses of life. I believe that we all go through tough challenges sometime in our lifetime. During these times it is difficult to stay positive but you must try to find strength from within and to take on the challenge.
It has been scientifically proven that constant negative thoughts will lead to ill health and positive thoughts will have many benefits to your health.
Experts estimate that the mind thinks between 60,000 – 80,000 thoughts a day. That’s an average of 2500 – 3,300 thoughts per hour. Psychologists tells us seventy percent of the time the thoughts going through our head are negative, we need to change our thought pattern into a more positive one.
