The 5 day course involved daily cold water training ie staying in a river around 2 degrees Celsius for up to 10 minutes using breathing techniques to stay calm and focused. There was also daily breathing practices, stretching and yoga. We also practiced how to teach the method to newbies.


2016 Advanced Training Course – Stroe We spent a week in Stroe learning the fundamentals of WHM. We were given an introduction into the science behind it.
